2. Nature of Our Products

Our coaching products are digital and service-based offerings that include personalised coaching sessions, custom routine plans, and ongoing support. Because coaching services are delivered over time and tailored to each individual client, standard "return" policies applicable to physical goods do not directly apply. Instead, this policy addresses cancellation, refund eligibility, and session rescheduling.

3. Cancellation Before Programme Start

If you cancel your coaching package before your first scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your first scheduled coaching session. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the first session may be subject to an administrative fee of £15 to cover preparation costs already incurred by your assigned coach.

If you wish to cancel after your coaching programme has begun but before it is completed, the following refund structure applies:

5. Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel distance contracts (including online purchases) without giving any reason. However, if you request that coaching services begin during the cancellation period, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. If you request early commencement of your coaching programme during the 14-day cancellation period, we will ask for your explicit consent acknowledging that your cancellation right will be affected once the first session is delivered.

6. Session Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule any coaching session by providing at least 24 hours' notice to your coach or our support team. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the original programme duration unless an extension has been agreed in writing. Sessions missed without at least 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded, except in cases of genuine emergency at our discretion.

If Luminouslyenergy needs to reschedule a session due to coach unavailability, we will offer alternative times at no additional cost and, where necessary, extend your programme duration to ensure you receive all included sessions.

7. Dissatisfaction and Complaints

Your satisfaction with our coaching products is important to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your coaching experience, please contact us within 7 days of the relevant session at support@luminouslyenergy.shop. We will review your concerns promptly and work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include additional support sessions, reassignment to a different coach, or a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Coaching packages purchased from Luminouslyenergy are personal to the booking client and cannot be transferred to another person without our prior written consent. If you wish to gift a coaching package, please contact us before purchase so we can arrange appropriate booking in the recipient's name.

If you need additional time to complete your coaching programme due to personal circumstances, you may request a one-time extension of up to 4 weeks at no additional charge. Extension requests must be submitted before the original programme end date. Further extensions may be available at a reduced rate, subject to coach availability.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your booking, unless changes are required by law and are more favourable to you.
